Good Day Girls and Boys,
As promised, this LAST lesson in this chapter on Percents is talking out Discount, that is the subtracting from the beginning costs. Discount is the amount that is reduced from the cost. We are all familiar with discounts as they are often referred to as a Sale. And all of us love a bargain!
Figuring out this is much like the other lesson on Sales Tax, Tip, and Markup,but in reverse where the percent is taken off. This is my kind of percent!
